"Farm Boy" Redemption

To those who don't live in a farming community, the way of life can seem very hard.

Westhope native, Dean Hulse takes a look at the life of Agriculture in his new book.

Westhope, ND: Life as a Former Farm Boy is a compelation of essays about experiences growing up on a family farm.

The author spent this afternoon at Barnes and Noble signing copies of the new collection.

"It's about redemption. It's about changing for the better. It ends, I believe on a hopeful note, or a hopeful vision for what rural America could become." says Dean Hulse/Author.

Hulse is a freelance writer and now lives in Fargo. This is his first book, and it was released in early April.
